Colgate Declares Regular Quarterly Dividends

NEW YORK, NEW YORK, October 8, 2009... The Board of Directors of Colgate-Palmolive Company (NYSE:CL) today declared a quarterly cash dividend of $.44 per common share, payable on November 13, 2009, to shareholders of record on October 26, 2009. The Company has paid uninterrupted dividends on its common stock since 1895.
